In the near future, Bangladesh is terrorized by killer mutant chickens. A team of kung – fu fighting chefs must battle in order to keep chicken on their menu. But one chicken sets its sights on revenge. It’s time for the ultimate poultry showdown.

Nayeem Mahbub is a writer and filmmaker based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has a soft spot for Bangladeshi commercial films, which break almost every single rule of filmmaking, logic and physics, but with a maximum amount of charm. He was interested in making something new in the spirit of these films. “Murgi Keno Mutant” was that film. He wrote the script during the avian influenza scare.
