True Paradise speaks of a time and place that once was, but has been forgotten and will never be again. It speaks of bittersweet nostalgia that can only be expressed and processed through the power of music and imagery. Lost in a modern ever-progressing world, the soul is caught in a different era to live out a dream that is forever lost. It is a dark place of sweet pain, where slowly fading dreams are condemned to forever torture the dreamer, with the seduction of smoldering ecstasy and hope of resurrection.
About the Director
Evgeniya Radilova is one of the most well known faces on screen and the stage in Bulgaria. She graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts with the Charles Jehlinger Award for Best Actress. Since then she appeared on TV shows like Limitless, Law and Order SVU, Elementary, Spartacus, Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll, and completed several short and feature films.
