About the Director

Lukas Hassel is an actor, writer and director and has appeared on shows such as Blue Bloods, Elementary, Limitless, Blacklist and on Netflix/amazon as the lead in The Black Room. As a write, Lukas won the Cinestory Fellowship, and placed in top 30 of Nicholl’s twiceLukas wrote, directed and acted in the sci-fi short Into the Dark and recently had his world premiere of his new short film The Son, the Father… in Hollyshorts FF in LA.
