About the Director
Steve Desmond is a Chicago native, a graduate of USC Film School, a member of the WGA and a working filmmaker living in LA. His most recent screenplay Orb was voted for inclusion on the 2016 Blacklist, honoring the best scripts of the year. His most recent short film Monsters has screened in 100 film festivals, winning 40 awards. It is a proof-of-concept for his feature script Twisted Avenue that he plans to direct. He is also currently writing film and television projects for FilmNation and IM Global.
