Ray of Hope, directed by Ryan Singh and Nikila Cole, is an official selection of New York City’s 13th Annual Winter Film Festival. The feature documentary examines the Eelam Tamil diaspora’s struggle for justice and healing and explores the shared trauma of displacement and the pursuit of accountability and hope.
