Protective parents, Javi and Rosa, feel compelled to tell their 10-year-old daughter that she is adopted when she starts asking questions. They debate whether they should tell her, and question their legitimacy as parents.
About the Director
Yangxi Chen (Bilbao, 1995) studied theater and languages but pursued her passion for cinema with a Master’s in Audiovisual Translation at City University London. She trained in Cinematography at Bande a Part and with David Curto, and in screenwriting with Pedro Loeb. As an actress in film, theater, and advertising, she gained experience to direct actors. After a Master’s in Film Directing at Instituto del Cine de Madrid, she created TESORO (2022), SWEET RONG (2023), and THE IMPOSTER (2024).
