A widower moves with his teenage daughter to a derelict mansion in a Muslim-majority suburb of Bangkok after his wife’s death. Ignoring local warnings, he removes protective talismans from the house, inadvertently unleashing a furious djinn and a 200-year-old curse. As supernatural events escalate, his daughter embarks on a journey to Thailand’s deep south to seek help from a Muslim doctor to save her father and confront the malevolent forces they’ve awakened.
