After moving to New York City, Alana and Jourdan, a couple of twenty-somethings, struggle to navigate adulting in the Big Apple. With sky-high rent, student loans galore, and dreams that don’t exactly support them, they’ll do just about anything to keep their heads above water, making sure to have fun along the way. Nevertheless, there are boxes to be checked, careers to be launched, husbands to be wifed…or maybe just sugar daddies to be found. But hey, there’s always their thirties, right?

About the Director

Alana Johnson and Jourdan Guyton are both New York-based actors and writers. They met while working together for The Maury Show as production assistants, where Jourdan trained Alana. It wasn’t until after each of them left the show that they began their acting careers. After studying and getting opportunities individually, the two came together and decided they wanted more creative control over their work. They landed on Two Grown – a series chronicling two twenty-somethings adulting in NYC.
