1945. After an anonymous tip, Wehrmacht deserter Paul Gmeiner is questioned by the French occupation and accused of the murder of a resistance fighter. Under interrogation, he must prove his own version of the events and refute the false accusations.

 

About the Director

Thomas A Welte is a writer and director. His debut was celebrated with the play ‘Chaos Panic Hysteria’. It was followed by several short films and the full length documentary, ‘S’ Ländle – Ideal World’. In 2012, Welte published his first novel ‘The Glass Diamond’. For the play ‘The Interrogation’, he received the Work Grant for literature by the BMUKK and the Studio Grant in Paliano from Vorarlberg. ‘The Interrogation’ premiered in 2013 at Theater Kosmos in Bregenz.
