About the Director
Serena Dykman is a NY-based filmmaker and recent graduate from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her work, ranging from comedy to drama and documentary, has won her numerous awards, including at the Cannes Film Festival, and has been selected in countless festivals around the world. She wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning shorts “The Doorman”, “Welcome” and “Bed Bugs & Company” on the festival circuit. Her next project “Nana” is a feature documentary about her grandmother who was an Auschwitz survivor.
