Meet the team from the New York State Governor’s Office for Motion Picture and Television Development for a discussion of all things productive re: producing in New York State – tax credits, location scouting, finding stages and crew, and more. Winter Film Awards invites you to join us for the closing event of our Eighth Annual International Film Festival! We are giving out awards to our best and brightest filmmakers, many of whom are traveling from countries all over the world in order to join us. FREE before 10pm 21+ with ID.
