A Call for Entries has been officially announced for the 5th Annual Winter Film Awards Independent Film Festival, a celebration of independent film to be held February 18–27 2016 in New York City. Filmmakers from around the world will travel to NYC to attend the three full days of film screenings and industry networking after-parties culminating in a glittering awards ceremony to be held on February 27 in the luxurious Empire Room at Club 230 Fifth.
