Quindici19 is a short film contest organized in Rome by young people for students. It’s open for people aged fifteen through nineteen years old. Wim Wenders said: “Everything that matters in cinema is unexplainable.” This contest was created to give young people the chance to express their vision of the world, and to let them be for one time the subjects and not the mere objects of a narrative. Our aim is to make students rediscover the magic of cinema, giving also new ideas to an industry in difficulty, by discovering future talents. But most of all we want to make cinema student friendly, using short movies: they are not too expensive, immediate, but have a strong inspiration and a stylistic research behind.
