A Festival for the Frugal – The Frugal (International) Film Festival is a bi-monthly-ish, no budget, spared-every-expense kind of film festival. Instead of your normal entry of what ever you like, we have you follow a basic script that we’ve written – it’s up to you to interpret it, film it, direct it, and write the ending. To join, all you have to do is download the start package from the website, follow the guide-lines, and have fun!
