Paul Marengo has 25 years in the area of festival management including managing the Asian Pacific American Film Festival and DC Shorts. Paul has been the Director of Development for the DC Independent Film Festival and the Grant Writer for the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts. His experience includes volunteer and theater management for various festivals including the Washington Jewish Film Festival, the Double Exposure Film Festival, and the DC Underground Film Festival. Paul has programmed film series and programs for Youth Pride Alliance, DC Independent Film Festival, and DC Shorts. Lastly, Paul has reviewed films for the DC Black Film Festival, the DC Environmental Film Festival, and Docs in Progress.
