Mike Brown has been teaching improv since 2011. Before the pandemic, he taught at The People’s Improv Theater for 3 years before going on tour with BeerProv, a Short Form Improv show (much like ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway’) performing shows nightly aboard the MSC Meraviglia Cruise Ship. He developed his own signature style of improvisation (Solo Improv), and spent 10+ years traveling the globe performing in nearly every comedy festival imaginable. He and his wife, Kim, created Pineapple Improv in 2022, where he teaches Professional Development Workshops in Corporate America to aid with public speaking, communication, creative problem solving, team building, and so on. Currently, Mike resides in Harlem, NY with his wife and 2 cats (Brazzos & Athena). He’s got plenty of stories to regale you with, so maybe you should ask him about some of them sometime!
