Lisa joined Boston Casting with a teaching background in early childhood and elementary education. She transitioned from teaching to commercial production, working as an on-set child wrangler for Fisher Price and Hasbro. Lisa joined Angela in 1995, rising to the challenge of casting and wrangling over 7,000 local extras for the film CELTIC PRIDE. She then went on to cast principals and extras for the feature films THE MATCHMAKER and MOONLIGHT MILE. Recently she cast the critically acclaimed independent film, DONALD CRIED, as well as principals for STRONGER, The Jeff Bauman story and recently produced her first short film.

She has also cast hundreds of local and national commercials for clients such as Care.com, The Connecticut Lottery, Commonwealth Care and SAI Global.

Lisa often speaks on panels to actors and students about careers in casting and acting. Recently she was a featured speaker on casting panels for the Massachusetts Production Coalition and Independent Film Festival Boston. She is also a Red Jacket Society member of City Year.

Along with day to day casting sessions, Lisa also focuses her efforts on business development for Boston Casting. She was a founder of the Media Performance division of Boston Casting, an acting school and recently launched a new branch, offering personal media coaching for athletes, lawyers and business professionals. Lisa also specializes in innovative technologies for the casting industry, managing the company’s database of over 80,000 local actors and extras.
