This is Joanne Clare second year with Winter Film Awards’ festival production. Joanne’s acting career began in 1995, and she is experienced in Theatre, Film, Film Production Management, Television, Print work, as well as Runway. Joanne Clare is also the Co-Owner the restaurant Phil’s Crummy Corner in Brooklyn.
