Castle Searcy hails from the Wild West of entertainment and experiential events & marketing. Growing up in Colorado she’s considered a cultural ‘mayor’ of Denver, like Kevin Bacon, everyone has a connection to her somehow. In Denver she serves as the founding Design Track Chair and Creative Director for Denver Startup Week ,
She recently produced Between Us: The Downtown Denver Alleyways Project, and gave the folks at Meow Wolf the idea to come to Denver. Castle has been a staple with the Santa Fe International Film Festival for the last 10 years (and counting!) where she’s held various positions including Festival Dailies Manager, Short Film Juror, Moderator and now festival Publicist. Concurrently, she’s held similar positions at the Denver Film Festival, Stanley Film Festival, and Annapolis Film Festival.
Castle’s diverse creative forays have also included roles in production, location scouting, casting, wardrobe, hair & makeup, and props for independent films, where one sometimes wears all the hats. She actually has a lot of great hats!
