Five young unmarried girls and boys travel to northern Iran, where due to restrictions on renting hotels or safe villas for singles, they are forced to rent a cabin from a motorcyclist who turns out to be a pervert.

About the Director

Alireza Sharifi is an Iranian writer and director and an MFA Film student in Directing and Screenwriting at Columbia University. A graduate of Tehran University of Art, he directed two acclaimed short films, RUSSIAN ROULETTE and VOMITING ON AN OPEN WOUND, which showcased at festivals. He has completed Oscar-winning Filmmaker Asghar Farhadi’s directing course, and his work merges Iranian drama’s emotional depth with American genre films’ stylistic elements.
