About the Director
Mercedes Bryce Morgan is an award-winning queer Latina director. She just completed her feature debut FIXATION which is premiering at TIFF. SPOONFULL OF SUGAR is her second feature film. Mercedes has directed episodic series for different studios such as MGM, Facebook Watch, Snapchat, New Form, Eko, and Project Greenlight/ Adaptive. Her work collectively has over 1.5 billion views.
