‘The Perfumist’ is a dramatic story highlighting the battle of Machine-Equipped Man against Cosmic Nature. Seeking the perfect scent for his perfume, Benedict Malville runs into the consequences of trampling on sacred, natural ground.
About the Director
The Fabulous Four group came together to create their thesis film at The New York Film Academy. Having different interests and talents, the group fit together to make a strong, and well-rounded team that inspired ambition and perseverance in each other. ‘The Perfumist’ is an equal-parts collaboration where they all shared creative and technical roles. Hailing from four different countries, the Fab Four are: Yukari Akaba Rockmuller, Shannon S Lee, Daniela Lobo Dias, and Sandra Rivero Ortiz.
