There is a bird named Blank. He doesn’t know who he is, what to do and where to go. So he flies around to get some suggestions. He learns that identity is about appearance, habits and characters but there’s always something more to explore.
About the Director
Cece (Yihui) Jiao studied psychology and studio arts at Indiana University Bloomington. She is interested in both science and art, and would like to seek out a way to combine the two together. She continued her study in art and received a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate at the School of Museum of Fine Arts in 2016. During her studies at SMFA, she focused on animation and created ‘Blank, the Bird’. She is now continuing her animation studies in MFA Computer Art at the School of Visual Arts.
