We’ve given the world gay musical zombies, deranged apple head dolls, and an erotic space encounter. Now, the team behind these award winning short films brings you THE JELLY WRESTLER! THE JELLY WRESTLER tells the story of washed-up barmaid Eileen, crowned “Queen of the Gelatine” in the 80s at the peak of her career, but who has been on a slippery gelatinous slope downhill ever since. When Amy, a young barmaid at the pub where she works, decides to organise a jelly wrestling championship, Eileen sees an opportunity to relive her glory days, and helps train Amy in the skills of the jelly pool. But on the day of the competition, through a twist of fate, Eileen must now grapple with her younger more supple opponents, and put down for the count her own jelly wrestling demons – a task that may well be beyond her.
