‘In the Moog’ is a rotoscoped animation created by the students of Professor Lyon’s 2013 Object Animation class at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia PA. The source material was a 16mm print of a music video created by his father’s company ‘Record on Film’ in 1969. The original video was based on a medley of electronic music performed by Richard Hyman on a Moog synthesizer.
